Slap fish steaks in foil. Blitz ginger, onion and seasonings. Splurge lemon juice. Wack on baking tray at 180C. 3.Lemon Meringue Pie. Thump pastry into flan. Dissolve rinds and sugar in water. Churn cornflour, egg yolks, lemon juice. Whisk whites stiff. Rip mixture into flan. Incinerate at 160C. 4.Lemon Pickle. Smash lemons into chunks. Wrench turmeric, garam masala &c. into mix. Lock in jars. Shove into sunlight until lemons soften, or August.
