Anglesea (April)

Supermarket boys kick goods boxes down the aisles. Pasta will always sell. Brown paper bags replace plastic at checkouts. Outside, beer drinkers talk above Led Zeppelin. Four-wheel drives incredibly hulk about the carpark. Ice-cream is every flavour of consumerism. A bus of Chinese curtsies around the roundabouts. Kangaroos outnumber golfers on the links, cool as cucumbers. Ti-tree blends with weekenders. April light lets go of severity. Cockatoos are laughably themselves. Below red cliffs, waves. Ands further out, and further. While sky is impossibly (meaning nothing other than possibly) blue. Though a burn at Lorne tinges a coastal corner light brown.
